Yes, we refer to our raffle as a Grand Draw.

You can purchase entries online using a debit card. Supporters purchasing their entries via post can pay by debit or credit card, cheque or postal order. Unfortunately, we are not able to accept cash payments or Charity Aid Foundation (CAF) vouchers. In line with Gambling Commission regulations, we are unable to accept payment by credit card online or over the phone.
The Grand Draw is open to anyone* aged 18 years or older that is a resident in England, Scotland or Wales. Please note, you may not enter if you reside in the Channel Islands or Northern Ireland.
*The only exception is persons directly involved in running the draw.
As a charity, we rely on voluntary donations – including tickets purchased in our Grand Draws – to carry out our work supporting research into kinder, more effective treatments for children affected by cancer.
You can sell on tickets to other people, but please be aware that they must be able to verify that they are over the age of 18.

Prize draws
There are 153 prizes on offer. Our 1st prize is a fabulous £25,000! Our 2nd and 3rd prizes are £2,500 and £1,000 cash. There are a further 50 prizes of £50 and an additional 100 runners up prizes of £10 to be won. For those that respond to our ‘Early Bird’ draw, there is an additional 10 chances to win £50.
Winners will be contacted within 7 working days of the draw using the contact details provided at the time of entry. Names will also be posted on our Grand Draw website: www.grand-draw.childrenwithcancer.org.uk/results/
There is no requirement to claim your prize.
All entrants are placed into the draw upon receipt of entry. The draw is conducted manually with a witness and all entrants have an equal chance of winning.
A maximum of £60 worth of tickets (i.e. 60 tickets) in each draw, but if you would like to support us further, then you can also include a donation towards our vital work.

Problems & Complaints
If you have a complaint, you can call our Supporter Care Team on 0800 222 9000 or email [email protected]. If you are unhappy with the way a complaint is resolved you can contact the Independent Betting Adjudication Service (IBAS) and they will assist you. The service acts as an impartial adjudicator on disputes that arise between betting/gambling operators and their customers.
