General FAQs
Yes, we call our raffle a Grand Draw here at Children with Cancer UK. Our total prize fund is worth over £30,000, so we think it’s a very grand and exciting draw to take part in!

You can currently purchase entries into our Grand Draw online or over the telephone using a debit card. Supporters purchasing their entries through the post are able to pay by debit or credit card, cheque or postal order. Unfortunately we are not able to accept cash payments or Charity Aid Foundation (CAF) vouchers. In line with Gambling Commission regulations, we are unable to accept payment by credit card online or over the phone.
The raffle is open to anyone* who is 18 years old or older that is a resident in England, Scotland, Wales or Northern Ireland. Please note, the Channel Islands are not included.
*The only exception is for persons directly involved in running the draw.
As a charity, we don’t receive any government funding. We rely entirely on voluntary donations, including tickets purchased in our Grand Draws, to carry out our work supporting research into kinder and more effective treatments for children affected by cancer.
Individuals based in England, Scotland and Wales can also sell tickets to others such as friends and family members. Tickets cannot be sold on the street. Due to legal reasons, tickets can only be purchased by the named individual they were sent to in Northern Ireland and can’t be sold on.

Prize Draws
We have a fabulous 1st prize of up to £25,000, 2nd prize £4,000, 3rd prize £2,000 and £10 for a further 100 runners up. For those that respond to our ‘early bird’ timings, there is an additional 10 chances to win.
The winners will be contacted within 10 working days from the draw through the contact details provided at the time of entry. Names will also be posted here: www.grand-draw.childrenwithcancer.org.uk/results/
There is no requirement to claim your prize.
All entrants are put into an electronic draw and the numbers are selected at random, so everyone has an equal chance of winning.
A maximum of £60 of tickets i.e. 60 tickets in each draw, but if you would like to support us further, then you can also include a donation towards our vital work.
You could have the chance to win a cash prize worth £1,000 every week by entering our Weekly Lottery. You can find out more here: www.lottery.childrenwithcancer.org.uk.

Problems & Complaints
If you have a complaint, you can ring our raffle team on 01628 201 268 or email info@childrenwithcancer.org.uk. If you are unhappy with the way a complaint is resolved you can contact the Independent Betting Adjudication Service IBAS and they will assist you. The service acts as an impartial adjudicator on disputes that arise between betting/gambling operators and their customers.
